Newly acquired right-hander Yu Darvish will make his much-anticipated debut for the Dodgers against the Mets in New York on Friday, a day after throwing his first bullpen session with his newest team, a source told MLB.com’s Ken Gurnick on Tuesday. David Vassegh of AM 570 was the first to report the news, which the club has not confirmed.
Darvish was acquired from the Rangers on Monday in a four-player deal.
