Friends held an evening of prayers and remembrances for a store clerk who was fatally shot during a robbery a year ago Wednesday. The shooting took place at Happy Bargain 99 Cents Store in the 7400 block of South Broadway. Martha Sanchez, a 39-year-old mother of five, was shot multiple times in the torso.
