Man with dementia missing from Reseda

RESEDA — Authorities today circulated a photo of an 86-year-old man with dementia who went missing in Reseda.

Julio Guardado, who requires daily medication, was last seen Monday about 7 p.m. in the 7200 block of Jamieson Avenue, the Los Angeles Police Department reported. “His family is concerned because he does not have any medication with him and also requires an oxygen tank,” according to the LAPD.

Guardado is Hispanic, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs about 160 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue, gray and white striped jacket and dark denim pants.
