Police at Cal State Northridge arrested four juveniles suspected of stealing campus electric vehicles and taking them on joyrides.

The juveniles are facing felony charges under the state’s “grand theft” laws for allegedly taking campus electric carts between June 19 and 20. Since then, the string of thefts has continued.

There have been 15 incidents of electric cart thefts at the university this year, with three happening over the past six days, police said. Police are now looking for three different suspects, also believed to be juveniles.
